Failure:
establishJmxConnection() thrown IOException: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectIOException: Exception creating connection to: 10.0.2.100; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable]
Reproducible: 100%
Platform: Oracle Linux 8.2, docker-podman
This is likely related to a new "Podman" container environment; possibly this type of operation is not allowed for rootless containers.
