    Description

      As per JEP 374 (see JDK-8231264) biased-locking was marked for obsoletion in JDK 16, but it was decided (JDK-8256253) to defer that to JDK 18.
      Code associated with VM options UseBiasedLocking, BiasedLockingStartupDelay, BiasedLockingBulkRebiasThreshold, BiasedLockingBulkRevokeThreshold, BiasedLockingDecayTime, UseOptoBiasInlining, PrintBiasedLockingStatistics and PrintPreciseBiasedLockingStatistics can be removed.
