SwingSet2 - Toolbar button highlight color is different as compared to OpenGL

      Run SwingSet2 demo with Metal metal pipeline.

      It can be observed that the toolbar button highlight color is different as compared to OpenGL. This is recent regression and might be related to recent AlphaComposite fixes. Refer to attached screenshots.
