Add additional test cases to TestSyncOnValueBasedClassEvent.java

Currently hotspot/jtreg/runtime/Monitor/TestSyncOnValueBasedClassEvent.java only contains test cases for primitive classes. Expand testing of the @ValueBased annotation for non-primitives, like ProcessHandle for example.
