P4 Description
Once the PtrQueue hierarchy is simplified down to dumb data, the per-thread G1RedirtyCardsQueue can be merged into the associated per-thread G1RedirtyCardsLocalQueueSet, simplifying the API by eliminating the need to deal with the pair of objects.
