Inside a WebView, when dragging on a touchscreen monitor in Windows, the gesture is incorrectly recognized as pinching instead of dragging.
The attached sample creates a WebView that loads a webpage with a pannable and zoomable map. When dragging over the map using a finger, it will zoom instead of pan. Performing this action on the same website inside a regular browser works correctly.
