class com.sun.org.apache.bcel.internal.util.ClassLoaderRepository is missing

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Earlier jre/jdk releases up to 1.8.0_241 do contains the class com.sun.org.apache.bcel.internal.util.ClassLoaderRepository in rt.jar.
      However, this class is missing from all releases starting from 1.8.0_251 up to the latest are missing.

      REGRESSION : Last worked in version 8
