Some classes in the Windows L&F became obsolete and unused a long time ago, but we preserved them since the "com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows" package was "partly" open for the applications w/o security manager(pre jdk9 era). As of now these classes are not accessible, not part of the public API and can be removed.
