This was discovered during a preliminary code review, in preparation for sending out the public review of Lanai.

1. Several Lanai files are missing copyright headers. See the attached "missing-copyright.txt" file for the list.

2. The rest of the new or modified files in lanai should have their "last-updated-in" year updated to 2021 (about 65 of them).

3. Additionally, the following files are not modified in any substantive manner, and only differ from the jdk mainline by copyright year updates or whtespace changes. These three files should be reverted:

src/java.desktop/share/classes/javax/swing/RepaintManager.java
src/java.desktop/share/classes/sun/java2d/pipe/RenderBuffer.java
src/java.desktop/share/classes/sun/java2d/pipe/BufferedPaints.java
