File: test/jdk/jdk/jfr/api/consumer/TestChunkInputStreamAvailable.java

Failed our header validation checks.

The test header includes the text for the Classpath Exception (as copied from opther JFR test files) but switched the name "Alibaba" for "Oracle". My understanding is that only Oracle can make such a designation and hence the header check fails.

In actuality test files should not have the Classpath Exception so it can just be deleted in its entirety.
