[macOS] Incorrect JNI parameters in number conversion in A11Y code

      Description

        The fix for 8260616: Removing remaining JNF dependencies in the java.desktop module in code used by A11Y on macOS has a copy paste error in that double is specified for a return value from and int method and also is calling the native method with the class instead the instance.

        This can only be seen when using voiceover.
