Update ReflectionCallerCacheTest.java test to use ForceGC from test library

      Update test/jdk/java/lang/reflect/callerCache/ReflectionCallerCacheTest.java to use ForceGC from test library which has additional instrumentation to diagnose problem.

      In addition, this will get the fix for JDK-8258007.
