Expected behavior:
Dragging of the divider triggers a color change of the divider to green.
Actual behavior:
Even before dragging the dividers of the splitpanes, on mouse press over the split pane divider - it triggers the color to change to green.
Note: The above is seen for the 2nd splitpane's divider and not for the first one.
