WhiteBox.metaspaceReserveAlignment should return shared region alignment

      After JDK-8236847, the CDS shared regions are aligned with MetaspaceShared::core_region_alignment, but WhiteBox.metaspaxeReserveAlignment still return Metaspace::reserve_alignment which should use the new value.
