The following test timed out in the JDK17 CI:

      runtime/HiddenClasses/StressHiddenClasses.java

Here's a snippet from the log file:

test result: Error. Program `c:\ade\mesos\work_dir\jib-master\install\jdk-17+18-1437\windows-x64-debug.jdk\jdk-17\fastdebug\bin\java' timed out (timeout set to 480000ms, elapsed time including timeout handling was 588692ms).

This is a Tier1 test task with no JVM args. Normally I would start
this bug as a P2, but this failure is intermittent. The build-ID in which
this sighting happened has just a closed ProblemList change that's
unrelated to this test at all.

I'm starting this bug in hotspot/runtime just because this is
      a Runtime test.
