Trying to run the generated "Application/bin/Application" file by double-clicking in Nautilus shows an error dialog

REGRESSION : Last worked in version 14
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
jpackage any app on Ubuntu (probably any Linux version)
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
application file is double-clickable
ACTUAL -
application file is not double-clickable
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Use JDK14 GA from the archive
