JRE 8u281 (64-bit) - Link with "Details on the information we collect" in Install dialog is broken

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      On the first screen of the installer for JRE Windows Offline (64-Bit) there is a link "Details on the information we collect". Clicking this will try to open "C:\WINDOWS\system32\https:\java.com\data\".
