The people tend to backport many fixes to the 8u, but most backports from the mainline do not take into account that the Robot.waitForIdle() works properly since jdk9.

We should update the implementation in 8u since most of the known issues in the mainline were fixed. The last one is https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8266949
