Radio Button labels have painting issue in JTabbedPane when orientation is left or right.
This issue is reproducible only in Mac OS Big Sur.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached standalone test TabbedPaneLAFTest1.java
2. You can see different checkboxes corresponding to different orientation, so just select left and right orientation by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
3. Or you can simply press the 'Change state' button which will change the states from 0 to 6 which will have different orientations.
4. In left/right orientation, it can be seen that the Radio button labels are not painted properly(screenshot attached).
