[macos] java/awt/print/Dialog/DialogOwnerTest.java fails

      Tested on Mac OS JDK 15.0.2,JDK 16.0.2, JDK 17b20

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open dialog by click On top button. 2. Move dialog to overlap the Owner window 3. Click on Owner window to make a focus

      Actual behavior:
      On Top' tests all windows are not stay behind the owner window
