Reproducible on Ubuntu 20.04 x64 and OEL 8.3 x64

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Check preconditions:
    (a) VERIFY There are no JREs/JDKs installed.
(2) Create <test_file_2>: In terminal run command: echo > foo.jptest2
(3) Install artifact_name: sudo rpm -i fileassociationstest-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm
(4) In file explorer, navigate to location <test_file_2> was created in step 2

Expected result:
foo.jptest2 has java cup icon
Dev assessment: After JDK-8261826, all Default Icons are now java cup.

Actual behavior:
foo.jptest2 displays Duke icon.
