Voice over does not read the message of the Option Pane ( input dialog)
This issue works as expected on MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7 but fails on
MacOS Big Sur 11.4 x84_64 & 11.2.1 Bug Sur arm64
Step to reproduce
1) Enable Voice Over
2) Run SwingSet2 & and press tab key to select OptionPane & press space bar.
3) Press tab so that focus is on "Show Input Dialog" button.
4) Press space bar so that Input Dialog is visible.
5) Enter some movie name or some English words in the input text field.
6) Press enter key so that dialog is visible with the words that was entered into the input field.
7) Listen whether content on the dialog is read by voice over. If you dn't listen then the bug is reproduced.
