class.forName() is not case sensitive resulting in a NoClassDefFoundError

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      the fully qualified name of the desired class that are case sensitive will result in a NoClassDefFoundError,Witch I expect to return ClassNotFoundException
