Add the SVE backend codegen support for the following VectorMask nodes:

- VectorMaskTrueCountNode
- VectorMaskFirstTrueNode
- VectorMaskLastTrueNode

Note that this is the normal vector implementations which doesn't contain the SVE predicate feature.
