TestCase: open/test/jdk/java/awt/InputMethods/InputMethodsTest/InputMethodsTest.java

JDK/JRE tested: JDK15, JDK16 and JDK 17

OS:Ubuntu 21.04/Linux aarch64 OL 8.3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change the language to Japanese
2. Enter the keys (Japanese)
3. Push "Disable Input Methods" button

Actual behavior:
After push "Disable Input Methods" button, TC still can type Japanese.
