G1: update outdated code root fixup

`G1CollectedHeap::evacuate_initial_collection_set` contains outdated comments on "code root fixup". "code root fixup" is done inside the WorkGang task, and the work inside the destructor of G1RootProcessor is nmethod list cleanup.
