The -XX:+CriticalJNINatives is deprecated (see ~~JDK-8233343~~), and turned off by default. These tests take a lot of time. Therefore, it makes little sense to spend time on them in tier1. They currently propagate to tier1 through Epsilon and Shenandoah test groups.
