      The fix for:

      JDK-8273198 ProblemList java/lang/instrument/BootClassPath/BootClassPathTest.sh due to JDK-8273188

      collided with the fix for:

      JDK-8251530 Enable tier5 testing on linux-aarch64

      so now we're seeing failures of:

      java/lang/instrument/BootClassPath/BootClassPathTest.sh

      on linux-aarch64. To reduce the noise in the JDK18 CI,
      I'm going to ProblemList the test on all configs.
