macOS Monterey does not have the font Times needed by Serif

        From what I have seen on multiple systems running macOS Monterey Beta,
        the long standing font "Times" which was the name of one of the original
        Postscript fonts isn't available.
        I don't see it in Font Book and JDK's look up fails and JDK prints a warning message :
        Warning: the fonts "Times" and "Times" are not available for the Java logical font "Serif", which may have unexpected appearance or behavior. Re-enable the "Times" font to remove this warning.

        One bad part about is that it looks like the way the macOS implementation works is that it decides to return you Dialog instead of Serif ... this could surprise many apps since Serif is a required logical font name.

        I don't see any macOS release note about this so it is possible it is an unintended regression that is, or will be fixed in a later beta update or by GA
        But unless we are sure of that we don't want to wait for GA to see ..
