TableView scrollbar/header misaligned when reloading data

      Tested against JavaFX-17.0.0.1 on a linux machine. But also happens on Windows.

        When a TableView is scrolled horizontally, then cleared, then loaded again, the content of the TableView will be shown with the horizontal offset, while the scrollbar and the header will be reset to zero.
