rename HtmlStyle.descfrmTypeLabel to be less cryptic

      There's an outlier cryptic style name in HtmlStyle: descrfrmTypeLabel

      We should rename it to be less cryptic, and use either `descFromTypeLabel` or the more complete `descriptionFromTypeLabel`.
