Clean up incorrect client-libs ProblemList.txt entries

There are many client-libs jtreg tests in the ProblemList.txt and some need to be cleaned up.

Reasons include
- An entry is for a bug closed as a duplicate - where the other bug may be open or resolved. If it is open we need to map to that, if it is resolved we need to remove the problem list entries

- An entry is for a bug closed as "not reproducible".
  Here we need to verify that action was correct.

- An entry is for a bug which is resolved, which suggests that it was overlooked to update the problem list when it was fixed.

Whenever removing an entry - we should verify the test does not still fail, although very intermittent failures may unfortunately be missed.
