Treat unrecognized markup as snippet text, but warn about it

      Description

        Source files may use comments that *resemble* snippet markup but target other systems. For example, when developed in an IDE, a snippet might use @formatter:on/@formatter:off. Such comments should not be confused with snippet markup.
