Compiling the native JavaFX glass code on macOS produces several warnings. Some of these are the result of incorrect code and most of the others can and should be eliminated.

We should clean up all of the warnings in the macOS glass code, except the deprecation warnings, and then make all other warnings be compile-time errors.
