JFR: StreamUtils::getJfrRepository(Process) should print stdout and stderr

      If StreamUtils is not able to attach to a Java process and get the JFR repository because the process has died, it should print standard out and standard error for the process.

      This may provide information about why the child process has unexpectedly died.
