We need to update to the latest version of cmake, version 3.22.3.
We currently use cmake 3.13.3, which is quite old and is barely above the minimum needed to build the latest WebKit. It also lacks support for macOS aarch64 builds (so a more recent one needs to be used anyway to build on M1).
