Add a security category to the java -XshowSettings option

        It would be useful to add a security category to the java -XshowSettings option to show settings related to security.

        Potential useful information could include:

        - List of security providers and the algorithms that are supported
        - List of enabled/disabled TLS protocols and cipher suites
        - List of enabled/disabled Kerberos encryption types
