Add _name field to Method for NOT_PRODUCT only

      I keep wanting to see the name of a Method in gdb and the field is actually a method_index in the ConstMethod that points to a constant pool entry for Symbol. If we had the Symbol in Method* in debug only, it would be so helpful!
