JavaFX media stubs rely on libav.org

When building the media stubs, we currently download the sources for e.g. libav.tar.gz from libav.org.
The project is discontinued and the sources are not available for download anymore. This is breaking the OpenJFX build unless the sources are already cached (by gradle)
