The PhaseTraceTime class has a JavaThread field which appears to be unused. It has been there since the beginning of the import from SVN so hasn't been added recently. Removing the field results in a workable JVM and passes all the tests.

Unless there's a compelling reason to keep it, I suggest we remove it.
