JMX connections should default to using an ObjectInputFilter

      The management.properties file documents a property
      ( com.sun.management.jmxremote.serial.filter.pattern )
      to define an ObjectInputFilter on JMX connections.

      This should be set by default to restrict the types that can be deserialized.
