JDK-8242182 will add source information for native stack traces. This is done by a new DWARF parser. SA already has a DWARF parser but uses it for a different purpose (parsing call frame information as described in section 6.4 of the DWARF spec). Nevertheless, there is some code sharing between the two parsers like opening and checking a DWARF file or reading some DWARF specific data types like LEB 128.

In the future, SA might also want to get source information and/or Hotspot information about call frames as discussed in https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/7126#issuecomment-1081288899. This RFE should unify both parsers within Hotspot such that SA can reuse the code.
