Screen magnifier does not show JInternal Frame title also does not show magnified text when mouse is moved on closable, maximizable & iconifiable.

Step to reproduce:
----------------------------
1) Enable Screen magnifier on theMac
System Preference -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> Select ( Enable Hover Text)
2) Run the attached test with -Djavax.accessibility.screen_magnifier_present=true option
3) Once the Frame with JInternalFrame is seen. Move the mouse pointer over the title of the JInternal Frame and if dn't see the magnified text then the bug is reproduced.
4) Move the mouse pointer over the closable, maximizable & iconifiable. If you dn't see the magnified text then the bug is reproduced.
