A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
On many international keyboard layouts, AltGr is used as a modifier for typing local characters and rarely used symbols (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AltGr_key). By default, JavaFX captures both Alt and AltGr interchangeably for triggering shortcuts in the UI. This is extremely inconvenient for users who want to use one of the layouts mentioned above, because the results are impredictable (my main gripe is inadvertently canceling the edit dialog while typing a long description). I understand US English keyboard users don't expect AltGr to behave differently from Alt, so I'm not requesting a blanket change in behavior. I'm only asking for an optional setting to disable capturing AltGr for triggering UI shortcut actions.
