[TestBug] LocalStorageTest and UserDataDirectoryTest don't always cleanup data dirs

    Description

      LocalStorageTest creates a directory for test: modules/javafx.web/LocalStorageDir/.
      This directory does not get deleted after the test completes execution.

      UserDataDirectoryTest creates modules/javafx.web/foo, modules/javafx.web/bar, and modules/javafx.web/baz directories
      These directories are sometimes not cleaned up. If this happens, subsequent tests will fail.
