JAWS fails to read the selected text either from JTextField or JTextArea.
I compared it with windows native application 'Notepad' and JAWS reads the selected text.

Step to reproduce
-------------------------
1) Run the attached testcase
2) Enable JAWS via bin\jabswitch.exe -enable
3) Start JAWS
4) Click on the test frame and start typing any characters
5) Select all the characters in the JTextArea either by mouse or by key combination. If JAWS fails to read the selected text then the bug is reproduced.

I have attached the Screen Recording of the same comparing with native app 'NotePad' in windows machine.

However when I compared the same with VO on macOS, VO reads the selected text.
