The Java manpage can be more platform inclusive

      The Java manpage content has historically been determined by the needs of the Oracle JDK and this is reflected in the mention of specific, and limited, operating environments i.e. Windows, Linux and macOS. In most cases the only real distinction is between Windows and non-Windows as all the non-Windows OS (Linux, macOS, AIX, BSD) share sufficient Posix/UNIX heritage to be treated the same.
