TestOnEvent has failed intermittently, but inspection of thread stacks and source code have not been sufficient to find the root cause. It can't be reproduce after several hundred runs.

Suggestion is to remove the test from the ProblemList.txt and add logging so the location of the bug can be pinpointed.
