GHA: Add macOS aarch64 to the list of default platforms for workflow_dispatch event

      Description

        OpenJDK's GitHub Actions template defines a workflow_dispatch event to allow for manual triggering of test workflows. When adding a workflow for macOS aarch64, it seems that it was forgotten to add this platform to the default platforms of workflow_dispatch.
