[macos] JList Focus Ring color doesn't follow Accent color changes on macOS

      The JLists currently does not follow on-the-fly accent color changes.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Run SwingSet2 Demo and navigate to any tab that contains JLists
      2. Change the accent color, the focus ring (not prominently visible), doesn't match the accent color changes.
